#WhoIsMuhammad PBUH

We've been taught in a secularism country without being noticed.
We never see Islam is eye to eye to our  daily life routine.
We never see the American and British history had written a story that are sown together with the raising of a sacred religion which is Islam all this while.
We never see that the Prophet Muhammad PBUH is one of the respected leaders that are poorly recognized by the westerns.

When people asks "Who's your role model, dude?" Who will you answer? JK Rowling? Albert Einstein? Or Roger Federer? We feel that if we choose the Prophet as our role model, we are acting all that pious and all. But no. Shift your paradigm people. The Prophet Muhammad PBUH is a worthy example of a leader, a companion, a husband, a father and a slave. He is just another human like Mark Zuckerberg, John F. Kennedy, Barrack Obama, Shah Rukh Khan and Justin Bieber. He sleeps, he eats and he breathes. Just like us.

But what makes he different from us is that he was chosen by the Almighty Allah SWT to be His messenger. He was not perfect. Yes he made mistakes but Allah SWT watch over him so that he will be able to spread Islam to all mankind. But bear in mind his mistakes were not that big compared to ours. And he prayed so hard begging for The Almighty's forgiveness. Nevertheless, we who are so rich and wealthy with sins have the hardest time to put our heads on the ground to seek for His mercy.

The Prophet's PBUH sacrifices should not go to waste. He did not sacrifice his time for us to stop doing good deeds. He did not sacrifice his energy for us to stuck in our daydream and never move forward. He certainly did not sacrifice his blood in the battlefield for us to waste our blood in the never ending blood bath of racism and discrimination.

#WhoIsMuhammad PBUH
My answer is that he is my and everyone's hero.

Allahualam.

Surah al-Ahzab

There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.
