Everyone has their own way of preaching. Stern, strict, softly, sinical etc. It's because preaching is art. Just like public speaking. Someone like to start their speech strong and bold. And some like to sing before they get to the main point. And any way is acceptable in Islam as long as it is in line with the Quran and Sunnah. You can't easily change the way someone preach. Is it easy for YOU to change YOUR personality? Some people can accept the #TarbiahSentap method but some can't. EVERYONE knows that. And everyone has their own preference of preaches. The problem with Muslims are that they don't respect the variations of ways people are preaching. That certain way may not suits your taste but it may give a huge impact to others.
